Creative Wellbeing for everyone
I’m Helen, an Art therapist, Practicing Artist, and Creative facilitator
I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist bringing together artistic practice with clinical expertise in trauma-informed mental health support. I work with individuals, groups, and organisations employing the transformative power of creative expression.
My background spans social work, community art education, perinatal mental health, and specialised work with neurodivergent individuals (adults and children). I believe in collaborative, client-centered approaches that honour each person's unique experience while building on their existing resilience.
Professional Credentials
HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist

BA Hons Drawing & Applied Arts (First Class), UWE Bristol
20+ years experience in art practice, education, and community engagement
My Approach
I work with trauma-informed principles and person-centred practice. Art-making engages different parts of the brain than talking alone, allowing feelings and experiences to emerge naturally. Whether you're exploring trauma, managing anxiety, navigating life changes, or seeking deeper self-understanding, creative expression provides a unique pathway to insight and growth.
