ART FOR WELLBEING
Art for Relaxation and Wellbeing combines mindfulness, creative exploration, and therapeutic principles in a group setting. Whether you're seeking stress relief, creative confidence, or simply want to explore art-making in a supportive space, these courses offer process-focused, non-judgmental creative experiences. If you would like one to one or small group or to book me for corporate or organisational workshops or courses please get in touch.
"Having had a child and not finding time to be creative, I needed specifically carved out time to just be creative, and I knew I needed to relinquish the fear I had built up around making art. My confidence was low and I wasn't sure how to get out of the slump.
Helen really made us feel relaxed, and created an environment where we could feel comfortable to just do whatever felt good in the moment — not concentrating on the outcome. By the second session I was ready to experience these sessions with less fear and more curiosity.
I feel so much more in tune with my creativity now and I hope to continue making art in some small way as I navigate busy life. A great experience."
